Every time I travel I fall in love with the local delicacy or just the average little local restaraunt. In Japan, Kanoa's grandpa owns a little noodle shop that sells soba, a tasty wheat noodle, and I feasted on it for the 4 weeks we were there. Bali nasi goring, broth and noodles mie goring, egg and rice and jaffles, a little grilled sand which were divine. Yet the all time champ for sure would be Australia's meat pies. I was throwin back at least 4 a day with an iced coffee. A bit of a costly meal compared to cali where everything is relatively cheap. Meat Pies and I go together like fish in water. It's safe to say I'd pay a hefty coin to have these in california.
