The worst idea on planet earth is the u.s open. Too many people, waves suck, it's just such a shitty event and I can never surf for the whole week it goes on because traffic is a fucking nightmare. Last year I was in Australia missed the whole thing what a blessing. Going to be going down under again for the month of August. Pretty stoked.
